I have an offer from a lower tier middle market firm and from a small but prominent litigation boutique. The boutique’s base salary is slightly hire, and the bonuses are about the same. Thoughts?
Does anyone have a purely subjective end of year bonus? We just got very large base increases with a pure subjective end of year. Used to be objective but wasn’t massive. Like 7-8%.
