How do you stay connected with your team when things get busy? I think for me, trying to show face in the office at least one time a day, even if it just to say hi, can be meaningful.

What’s one lesson you’ve learned from failure? Mine is that failure is natural and acceptable and the important part is that you pick yourself back up and are willing to try again.
