Hello All! I am here seeking career advice! I graduated in 2022 with a BA in Sociology. I took some time off to travel and find myself again after a tough time during covid. I am now excited to start my career in the nonprofit field and am looking for a Case Manager, Family Support Specialist, and other similar positions. Does anyone have any advice for how to kick start my career, companies they have really enjoyed working for, cover letter or interview tips? - basically anything is helpful!

What are some of your favorite books for learning more about client services, strategy / consulting?

If I want to transition into M&A from audit, what are some basic things I should consider?

Possible to get into BigLaw or regional Big Law without top grades as a non-traditional lateral? Been out of law school several years, have five years of industry adjacent quasi legal experience and am in my second year at a traditional boutique firm practicing corp/securities.
I have an informal informational discussion with a partner at the big firm through a family member whose company gives a lot of business to this firm. Any examples/anecdotes?

Hi, I had finished my technical and managerial round on May 25th and 26th with PWC. The manager did mention that there would be another in-person round in the PWC Bangalore office. Although the first 2 rounds went well, there has been no further response from HR. Is this a normal delay or should I think I didn't make it. Any thoughts?

Hi there! I interview for a position with a planned Parenthood this week for a role as Special Events Manager to oversee their fundraising department. Because most of my work and experience has been in freelance. I’m having a hard time figuring out what my work experience translates to in a Salary position. Therefore, I wonder what my base pay should be. Does anyone have any experience in the role?
