IAPP is such trash. Why does everyone recommend getting the CIPP certs when they mean nothing??

IAPP rescinded offers to their fellows for the Westin fellowship. I know one of the fellows and I feel terrible for them. I don’t understand why IAPP wouldn’t reach out to corporate members cont.
