Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

My typical day to day:
-Check news for developments - analyzing if any impact to business units
-Litigation matters right now (unfortunately) so spend time working on strategy with outside counsel, gathering information for them.
-Regular meetings with stakeholders in product, tech, security, marketing/advertising - I like to check in with them every other week, let them know what’s going on on my end that they may need to operationalize, see what they’re thinking about and if I can get ahead of it or provide any advice to them as early as possible
-Any privacy/security/ai contractual terms that need to be reviewed in various agreements to assure no funky positions or obligations
-AI counseling
-Infosec counseling
-Product counseling
-General privacy counseling, including the beast that is ad tech
-Consumer protection/marketing counseling
Other non-typical day to day items on my to-do list for Q3/Q4:
-data strategy/landscape revision
-annual review of our entire information security policy suite - so many revisions this year.
-develop data classification policy and strategy
-finalize and rollout data retention guidance and schedule
-get funding for data mapping for the markets I support (we have one in the EU already, just need ROW)
-further development of our global AI governance framework and AI training with my counterparts in the EU

Infosec Policies, data breaches (both internal and 3rd party notifications) , negotiating security terms, reviewing vendor security documentation/responses to our security questionnaires prior to approving onboarding.
Not much but varies I think depending on company/type of business.
News (enforcement, regulation, guidance) following and determining impact to our business; meeting with BUs; PIA, DPA review. Any cert. the company is working on
Every company I worked at as privacy counsel has been different
