Any insights into the comp range for a Senior Accountant at Amazon in Seattle? The recruiter said 120k plus RSUs but this isn't compelling.

Anyone get contacted lately by Amazon Web Services recruiting? They’re hiring like crazy. They asked me for a comp target and I gave a crazy high number 40% more than I get now—they didn’t blink.

Base: $151k
Signing Bonus: $66k 1st year and $43k 2nd year
RSUs: $125k vesting 5%/15%/40%/40%

Total yearly target comp: $215k
