Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I love all dogs but totally judge tf out of the owners of these dogs if they just accept that behavior and aren’t at least trying to train them. It’s not the dog’s fault if their owner is irresponsible and reinforcing the behavior.
Agreed. Kind of like children…
Hope you apply this same judgment to children. IMO you definitely come across as a dog hater, but I do understand some of what you’re trying to say. I don’t think having an unruly dog makes a person a POS, that’s excessive, but I do agree they need to learn boundaries, appropriate settings for their pet(s) and the importance of training and trust. I have 3 rescues, my oldest was severely abused and there were some things I knew could never be corrected or trained away. I sought to give him the best life possible and that is more important to me than pleasing the people in my life. I have my immediate family’s full support on this.
You lost me when you called ppl next level obnoxious about incld their pet(s) on dating apps. Like children, many people view having pets or dislike for pets as a dealbreaker and it is completely valid. I include my dogs because I refuse to be with someone that dislikes or abuses animals. I refuse to put my babies in harms way (again) and I will never prioritize a temporary person over my forever babies. I hate kids, don’t want them and have reproductive issues that would make it tough if G*d forbid, I ever did try.
Rather than criticize what you don’t understand clearly, seek to learn or ask questions. It also doesn’t hurt to have honest and nonjudgmental convos with the folks in your life doing this.
