I am working with TIBCO having 10.9 years of experience. Currently working as automation tester with selenium. I previously worked as developer for almost 5 years.

I didn't switched in initial 8 years of my career. All because of marriage, taking care of my child.
Query- I have 15.5lpa salary fix. And 1.8 as bonus.
Could you please guide me how much should be my salary as per my experience? What can be the option to increase my salary( I am ready to learn any new technology)

HPE (Expert Role) or Cognizant ( Manager-projects) role? Both offered same salary. Skill - SAP.
Though it says Manager-projects in Cognizant but HR told that it will be technical work.

Is Sodexo available in hcl, cognizant or cap Gemini ?

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.

Fed up with my current tech stack now project want on call support over weekend. no one knows project. No one is supporting.

Somehow given interview in EY and selected. HR ask me CTC, NP and expected CTC. I told 20% and 60 days NP. She said, will check with business and get back to me.
It's been 3 days no response, when I called her today she didn't pick. Is it normal in EY?

Anyone live with a general plat exception rather than insisting upon the title company specifying the matters on plat which constitute exceptions? This deal is in Source Carolina, but I don’t think the title company is pushing back because of any state law issue.
