Anyone know what is going on with internal hiring at BNY Mellon right now? I applied to over 20 jobs internally in past 3 months, had 2 interviews that went well and then got radio silence. Are there …

Currently interviewing for a Compliance (AML) position at BNY Mellon. I wanted to get some details about WLB, culture and post-covid changes related to WFH and/or hybrid? TIA!
I have a job interview in a couple of weeks at BNY Mellon, any general advice? I think I’m qualified and I really want the position.
I have an interview with Bny Mellon for their Associate Wealth Director role. It looks like it’s a development program for 2 years, have any of you done a program like this?
Anyone working in M&A finance can give their thoughts on the job? I like FDD but want something just a little (not too much) slower paced. I’m seeing a few of these job postings pop up and am curious what the interview process will be like
Wharton EMBA worth it? Late career starter so limited white collar experience but interesting background/past life. Also have kids to support so can’t do a full time program. Want the MBA for career boost ($), as an entry to faang/MBB and to have more security for future opportunities. Worth it? Does the EMBA have the same faang/MBB recruitment access and weight as full time?
I need some perspective please. I’ve been through a rough patch this year - I lost some of my closest family and now live alone with a previously absent parent. I never pass my grief onto others and usually invest a lot of time in building friendships, but I realise none of my friends have checked in on how I’m doing, nobody ever tells me about their weddings, promotions, happy milestones anymore; even when I reach out they’re ghosting me. I feel abandoned. Should I move on? How do I fix this ):
Hi fishes! To any fellow FP&A ladies in the room: Just joined an FP&A team with no prior FP&A experience... What makes a strong, high performing FP&A analyst? My background is in project management for finance, model governance and RRP consulting; graduated business administration, major in finance. Thanks!
Pwc folks, if you're on traveling project-based is there a policy that you can expense gym or workout classes? If so, how much is the monthly allowance?
Can someone explain what IT strategy consulting entails? What kind of project work, analysis, client needs, etc.
My boyfriend and I are trying to make plans for Christmas, his birthday & NYE. I decided to stay in town for Christmas instead of travel to my family, so I could spend his birthday & NYE with him. He texted yesterday saying he setup a virtual NYE for us & his friends, & then today said he plans to setup a virtual whiskey tasting & video game night for his birthday with his friends. I feel annoyed he didn’t include me in any of his birthday plans and he just decided NYE. Am I wrong to be annoyed?

Experienced big4 hire, new to consulting and I feel awkward as if I don’t understand the general culture of consulting. Is this normal? I’m smart and great with the client work but can’t figure out what should be happening with partners, internal projects, peers, etc.
I hope this helps a baby fish.
Can anybody from LTI tell me how much time it takes to get Specialist promotion from Senior Software Engineer and what is the hike percentage given?
Can anyone speak to the average annual raise % and bonus in KPMG’s consulting practice? Specifically, Financial Services Solutions. Thanks!
My wife and I need a break. Had our first baby in March and we are worn out (getting better) but very tired. Wife said to me “I need us time”, and she’s never said that in the 3 years we’ve been married. Suggestions on getaways or things to do?
Hey ladies, need some advice. It’s been almost 1 year since I left my last job. There were some major flags as to why I needed to leave that job (mind you I was there for 6 years) and I feel compelled to leave a review on Glassdoor to give others that heads up. I’m apprehensive because I know the entire HR team reads every review and investigates them. I still see some people on that team today and don’t want them to come at me for a bad review. Thoughts?
Thoughts on giving yourself a promotion to a CD when you start freelancing if you where long due for a promotion anyway?
