Hi, i have 6.7 yoe in Automation testing and ctc 11.4lpa. I have raised concerns of salary to my Project lead, as i think my compensation is less considering yoe . But they are saying i joined company in june 2021 and accepted the offered ctc. Any suggestions what should i do in this case.

2nd year assoc. here. Finding myself spending 3-5 hours researching/analyzing issues that should only take 1-3 hours. I find myself questioning - for every assignment - is this the issue I was asked to look into? Did I read that case right? Does this analysis make sense? And I end up reading the same cases over and over. Does anyone have advice for being more confident/efficient on tasks, especially research?

Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? I work for a mid-size Logistics and Supply Chain company in Corporate Strategy. Last week I resigned from my role and was asked to extend my 1 month notice period to 2-3, which I refused. Today I got this email from management asking me to compile, update all the work that I have been doing during my tenure of 4 years. I've been given a task list of over 60 items.
