Found this horrifying figures at https://www.uscis.gov/h-1b-data-hub . It's indicating PwC H1B denial rate for continuing employment is at ~50% and initial is at ~25%. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️

I accepted a job offer in April to start a few months from now, post clerkship. All conflicts/background check went smoothly etc. Since accepting my offer, the firm has increased their 1st year pay across the board to be higher than my offer was (which was, at the time, what 2nd yeas got).
