When does PwC start its green card process? A3 here, got my H1 last year

What's each firm's green card policy for H1b? I heard for PwC is the firm will start the process at the end of 4th year or beginning of 5th year.

PWC Green Card: How long did it take to get the Perm Labor certified as well as I140? Did they do premium processing?
