Has anyone gone through the Green Card processing with PwC? The firm requires us to pay back the application fee (which from my understanding could be upto $10,000) if one resigns within two years...

I have my visa stamped from previous employer, valid until 2024. I recently switched my job and got H1B transfer approved. When I go abroad next time, do I need to get new visa stamped for my current employer?
