PwC law is one of the most incompetent law firms I have ever seen. They clearly told me once that they work for the business and not for the candidates. What more can you expect from them?
I’m not sure if the leadership is aware of their incompetency, this is critical for so many of immigrant workers. Leadership should definitely think about streamlining the process.
Because PP significantly increases the chances of RFE and potential denial. You can always pay for it yourself if you’d want to.
I had multiple calls with the lawyers on my case (up to the Partner level) to weigh options and they all said that they are seeing more RFEs on Premium Processing. In the end I decided to take the gamble and my extension got approved in a couple of days.
But hey, you be you and call colleagues uninformed.
Pwc doesn’t let you pay for own cases, it is out of their immigration policy.
I asked and they replied back saying Premium processing has higher chances of rejection.
They don't file your H1B extension ahead of time. They only do it two months before expiry
