Hi!! Did any of you go to business school after a few years of consulting at a T3 to get into MBB? Looking back on it was it worth it? I’m at 3 years of exp (started out of undergrad) at $140k base. Just got a new job and feeling like the “diversity hire.” Everyone else is white or Indian and in the town halls they keep talking about upping Diversity and Inclusion targets to include more Female and Black/Latino individuals.

I was promoted last quarter with a 25% raise but recognized I was still underpaid. I now have an in house job offer that I’m debating taking but am really excited by some new projects on my current accounts. Or do they only receive a hard copy of the notice by mail? How long does it take to receive the hard copy?
