2. I have 5 years of experience which role I should apply (sde2 or SSE) in case Java experience doesn't matter and how much ctc can I expect?

As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports. I am an HRBP and work in step with 3 HRM’s. They all 3 just got out of cycle raises of between 5-20% 😳 and I received nothing. I have used web quests, but I have found that the kids researching their choice of topics and creating Slides containing information and pics results in more students participating.
