Hi Fishes, I've an offer letter for Accenture Strategy (M&A) for Senior Manager, India and my joining is in 3 days. Package is very good, but no immediate relocation opportunities. May happen in future.

I’m reviewing my resume getting ready to start my job search and have a question for recruiters, hiring managers. I’m looking for a role brand-side not agency side. Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.
