2 days back I have given HR round, after HR round how much time it takes to release offer letter?

Hi everyone.

I need valuable suggestions from you all! I want to migrate to Canada and settle the after getting a PR. I am an associate looking for masters degree in analytics or management field. Budget is limited but can extend it till 35L INR. Tam only considering courses with duration of atleast 16 months so that I get PGWP (Work Permit) of 3 years which would improve my chances of PR.

1. Is this a approach correct ?

2. Any suggestions about course or university ?

Having trouble opening a new bank acc (eg Marcus by GS, Ally) as I‘ve only been in US for a few months and have no credit history. Any international fish have tips to circumvent?

Any tips to help stay focused? WFH has been difficult for me because it’s so hard to focus (harder than it is at the office). I know I’m so lucky to still have my job & work coming in, so I feel bad.

Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal. But now, I was living in the fool's paradise when I am told to leave with no job offers in hand, car and home loan, dependent parents, expecting jobless spouse with a 3-year old kid.

Anyone have a recommendation for books or resources on upping my sales game? Open to in person class, online class, books, etc!

I do this as well on the weekends targeting about $200-300 a week since I am in a really small market.
