2 years back i got offer from IBM but i joined another company due to some location clashes.

And this year I have applied through referrals and directly also, still no calls.

Does IBM put people on blacklist for not joining?
Anyone has any idea on this ?

I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
