How much work I need to put on my trainings at @EY GDS to attain badges (bronze or silver as first target)?

I've started with learning materials. Once max CPE is obtained, do I get the badge auto credited?

Trying to get out of consulting. Ux is so watered down and I’m terrified that it’s going to stunt my growth. I’m overall just not happy.
