Pretty sure that’s for a store/site manager, a quick google search tells you the average Walmart has 300-400 employees, so this person would be in charge of hundreds of people. It’s not going to be an easy role to land. That being said, I hate the very concept of Walmart, but I’m not going to regret my life decisions because 1 of their ground employees at every location hauls in a half mill a year lol
Oh well there you go it’s just like a senior VP at any other company, when you manage 1000+ people you usually get paid ok lol
There are CHROs making millions and they barely do anything. You're on a better path, trust me.
Most of them have 4-year degrees.
Knowing Walmart I'm sure you bust you a$$ for that coin and you better be gulping down AND serving up that Walton family KoolAid 24/7/365.
Highly doubt that these positions are available to those with just a high school diploma.

Alot of those managers have a 4 year degree + MBA . To assume you can walk in to a market manager role with HS diploma and manage 50 stores , thousands of employees just because it's Walmart is ridiculous
