Tata Consultancy 's interview happen to me today....
What kind of people are they, having technical and managerial round and EVERYTHING in just 30 minutes?? I litrally started laughing at the end of the interview also I have told them that I have a lot of things to dicuss and tell to them. How can they judge my 10yrs of exp within 15 min technical and 15 minutes managerial rounds.
P.S - still laughing when writing this on thinking of TCS management that they allow such things

My personal perspective if life is going easy and paying you good for your role then don't switch to big4. Amount of work is usually high in any big4 and there are unnecessary things attached to performance in the name of firm initiatives.

Don’t you think retainment is a bit trap. My current company product is unnecessarily pitching AI into the project which are not even useful for that matter but there is a target to achieve and they are doing it. Somewhere in the last appraisal i also got a big betrayal where my performance was marked “not meeting expectations” and was just a tactic to keep me at the lowest since it was my first performance cycle. But i received multiple awards and yet being marked no meeting expectations was a big hit on my ego and i just couldn’t digest it. I had some long heated conversation with my manager who is not even indian and is chinese. From work perspective the work is easy but monotonous. No learning. In big4 i can get my market standard hike and learnings are anyways there. I am in such a dilemma. The only issue is i wanted to move to another product based but currently only receiving offers from big4s due to my previous experience.
