Career dev advice needed. Being offered a promotion (would be reporting to my current skip and managing/growing a team). The role is global subsidiary management/governance. But the work does not appeal to me, I’ve been doing some of it and it’s so much admin and people management. I’m not practicing law at all. Love my current IC role and manager, get to work on strategic transactions and closer to the business. If my goal is head of corp legal one day, should I suck it up and go for it? Thnx!

If someone got an offer from DXC but currently is working in Accenture in level 10 with 6 years of experience, shall they switch or stick with Accenture? Its only been 6 months with Accenture though.

How to deal with guilt of rejecting offer, HR was too sweet, but once I rejected the offer she became very sad and politely explained her challenges and also tried to even check if she could get me better role and offer, buy i rejected telling i got another offer which is wfh.
