How many people have chosen to step out of a Product oriented role to a consulting like Big4? My current role seems easy with complete WFH and international travel benefits while my new role at Big4 can pay me more and make me come right to the market standards. What should I choose??

Case 1: complaining about a date insisting on picking up the check as it makes them feel less independent.
Case 2: agreeing on 50/50, then being upset about why the date never picks up the check or treats them after 3 months of dating

In both cases, posted 5 days apart, they were advised to find someone else as it seems their date doesn’t respect their values (case 1) or value them enough to spend money on them (case 2).

I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

Urgently need advise. I have an oral offer from a company. After I negotiated for salary , they told that we have decided to drop your candidature. Then I requested I am okay with the offered salay and can join immediately. She told me to write over mail to her & her manager. I did that. After doing this, I called hr she told me that we r waiting for hiring manager approval. I mailed hiring manager by cc'ing both the HRs that I'm vry much interested. No +ve response till yet.
