A friend of mine is an employee of Accenture and she's telling me that she has not been paid since dec 2024. They have not fired her either. She's working as usual & is even part of a project. She says that she may get paid from July '25 but not certain. She says it is due to cost cutting in her squad.

She's been trying to get a job outside but the company still expects her to serve two months notice period despite them not paying her.

Is this happening at Accenture? How is this possible?
