Call me crazy, but I'm the one bringing a space heater to work. Our office overcompensates for the heat by keeping the AC at 67F and freezing us all out. The worst part is that it is controlled at HQ, so we can't even bump it up if we wanted to.

I understand that, as I can’t stand to have the air con blasting to the point where I am actually now really cold. That’s so annoying though!
This isn't an issue here thankfully. I live in Florida and oppressive heat is the standard for about 9 months of the year. The office thermostat has been set to a frigid 68 degrees for as long as I've been here. If anything, our staff is too cold, not too hot.

Ahh I see, Florida or the US in general are more adapted and prepared for constant heat whereas I’m in the UK are we definatly aren’t so when it is boiling it is disgusting heat! But yes I’m not a fan when the air con is on too much and it does make us cold!
I'm very lucky that my offocehas air conditioning and a cold water station. The corridors are very warm and dread to go outside. Management do buy us ice creams occasionally when it's hot.
Yea you sort of dread going out but I guess you can't have it both ways.
Desk fans, cold water bottles, and ditching heavy dress codes help a lot. I also try blocking out tasks that need the most focus in the cooler parts of the day. Otherwise, the heat wins.
