A message to job recruiters out there. Yes, I’m gen Z. That doesn’t make me lazy, nor an entitled a bum. I don’t know why every news article I see about 2025 job recruiting is wondering why gen Z can’t find work, when I’ve applied to 50 jobs just this past month. I’m here, I’m trying to apply. I’m far from the only one here who can’t land even an interview. Whoever got it into their head that gen Z doesn’t want to work needs to stop spreading that lie everywhere.
