A recruiter just told me about a sales job that pays OTE between $90k and $150k. That range is so wide it makes me nervous. I want to know what most people on the team are actually taking home. How do I ask about that without sounding like I only care about the money? I just need to know if the $150k is even possible or if $90k is the real number.
