I'm from Baltimore, and lately, we have had a crazy buying spree, I mean I have sold the same property 2 times in less than 2 weeks, and the person who bought it immediately put it on the market and made an average of $25k in less than 5 days. Many reports show that investing in Baltimore and Philadelphia is the future, I don't doubt it. What is the fastest you have ever resold a property?

Hi! I am preparing to rent out my condo in Alexandria (off edsall road) in the spring. Anyone have any tips for first time landlords? I’m planning to work with a rental mgmt company that has 3 properties in my complex. They’ll charge 1 month rent for the marketing and 7.9% mgmt fee.
