A Technical PM is joining my team, and my role will shift more toward the business side. I have a technical background, so part of me wonders if this change signals concerns or if its normal growth. It could bring more visibility, but I’m unsure how much I'll stay involved in core product work. Has anyone gone through a similar shift? How did it impact your growth and ownership?

Just found out I will be taking two depositions in the near future. These are not key witnesses but I am still nervous. I’ve only been licensed since October of last year and still feel like I have no clue what I’m doing half the time. Any deposition tips?
