ABC is offering 32.5L base + 5% RSUs (~1L), total CTC not sure.
XYZ is offering 30L fixed, 33L CTC.

I prefer XYZ for the culture and work, but when they first released the offer (before I had ABC's), it was 27L fixed, 30L CTC. I negotiated and got it revised to 30L fixed.

Now that I have ABC’s offer, should I try negotiating again to match it? Or would that seem greedy?
