Pwc offer - 19 fixed + variable + 1.5 lakh joining bonus
Accenture offer - 22 fixed + 0-27% variable + 1.5 lakh joining bonus

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.

I am looking for a job and already on NP. Holding an offer of 23.5 LPA fixed and current CTC is 17 LPA fixed. Am I still under paid? And how much would a realistic target CTC for 9 YOE in .Net Full-stack?
