Making 55k now. What should I be looking to earn in my promotion this cycle?

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

Today i received an interviewer call from deloitte and he asked my expected ctc, i have no idea what's the average package could be and said 3.5l p.a. for a post in cash applications.

Im having 2years 10 months experience and previous ctc was 2.4l p.a.

Tomorrow im having another round of interview. Can i negotiate again with hr after my selection process completed?

I'm thinking i could've said upto 4l p.a.

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.
