Please help me as I’m thinking of pursuing something alongside work as I cannot leave my work due to financial condition. I wanna excel forward in this domain. Gartner - 16LPA
Dunnhumby - 15 fixed + 1.5 Joining bonus+ 10% variable
Fractal - 13.5 LPA

They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.
Tl/Dr. If you couldn't get hired as a cloud engineer or cloud consultant - you probably can't become a PM

However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?
