ADVERTISING FREELANCERS: Does becoming a limited company affect your odds of getting freelance work? (if yes) how do others go about getting mat leave?

Context: I'm at the point in life where I'm thinking about having kids, and I don't think the government allowance would financially get me very far, so I want to change my company to an ltd. I've heard rumours that agencies only want to work with sole traders - is that true? If it is - how do others navigate mat leave?

Are you able to ride the bikes on the roads throughout the park?
If so, are there places to lock up the bike at trailheads and/or parking lots to take in?
I haven't been to this national park yet, so I was curious how it compares to Zion for example, where it is easy to bike from "stop to stop" to view the scenery or do a hike!

My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. Can I work as a freelancer in London if I’m a US citizen?

Is a unique tax number (UTR) required to freelance in the UK? I have a T2 work visa and a residence permit as well as a local bank account. I may have some freelance lined up but don’t have my UTR yet because I’ve only been in the country since February and haven’t had to file taxes yet. Will the agency ask for one?

How important is a yunojuno account to Freelance in London? The site won’t let me complete my registration because they essentially require you to sign on with an umbrella company. Can’t sign up with an umbrella company because they can’t seem to confirm my identity through my Visa and resident card. I hold a foreign passport.
