Can I work as a freelancer in London if I’m a US citizen?

At what age did you stop comparing yourself to others and became comfortable with your own path? I can’t stop comparing myself to others who come from more wealth, have more wealth, and are better looking than me. Also have a history of self loathing which doesn’t help.

When they say utilization doesn't count for the month of May/June what exactly does that entail? I'm assuming being on the bench for those months will still show on personal utilization reports...

I have $20k in savings, I owe $6,000 to my 401k loan, that’s the only loan I got. I am debt free otherwise except for my house. Should I use my savings to pay off? Since people are talking about unemployment and being fired, I wanted to make sure I have enough, 👩🏾‍💻... What should I do? I initially took the loan to add to my home equity when I sell my house for a new house then covid hit.

It happened again today. I was walking from my car into a building and remembered I had forgotten to lock my car. I had the urge to turn around but I remembered that the only valuable thing in my car was my work laptop. And I would cry tears of joy if someone broke into my car and stole my work laptop. How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). I don't want to rush and get it wrong. I avoid phone calls for this reason which isn't great when you're in the service industry so it's starting to impact my career.

As an IT infrastructure i have been tagged un cognizant internal project to support the cognizant owned datacenters VMs and infrastructure.

Dunno if this bowl is at all active but interested in going freelance. Been on staff my entire career (12 years) and keen to try something new. Day rate for a senior creative with plenty of awards?

Is a unique tax number (UTR) required to freelance in the UK? I have a T2 work visa and a residence permit as well as a local bank account. I may have some freelance lined up but don’t have my UTR yet because I’ve only been in the country since February and haven’t had to file taxes yet. Will the agency ask for one?

How important is a yunojuno account to Freelance in London? The site won’t let me complete my registration because they essentially require you to sign on with an umbrella company. Can’t sign up with an umbrella company because they can’t seem to confirm my identity through my Visa and resident card. I hold a foreign passport.
