It’s an easy, BS test. Buy a test primer. Review it a few times. If you practice in this area, you’ll pass with flying colors. The ongoing CLE burden is more of a consideration than passing in the first place.

i did both of what the commenters recommended and passed

Both of the prior commenters are dead on. It’s not that hard to pass. Just study a decent amount and you should be good.

My company paid for it, they already had the pdf study book and gave it to me. It turned out it was an older version, but I used ChatGPT to figure out what the newer topics might be and supplemented with what I could find. I overstudied in the end, it wasn’t that hard of a test. There are also free study guides on LinkedIn.

Ok so I was carless -- I was assembling my new bed frame and one as I was grabbing one of the long parts; I set it vertically and my fan was on and hit the edge. I literally just moved in 5 days ago and I already scratched these pristine fans, I'm irate and I want to fix it.
Is there any kind of paint. or is there a way to polish it so it doesn't look as bad :(

Tier 2 MBA colleges and growth dilemma

At most companies your CTC is decided based on which tier your college is classified under. Most of the times even with a really high experience and stellar performance you won’t be able to match CTCs of freshers from Tier 1 colleges.

How do you solve for similar work profiles for Tier 1 and 2 grads but lower pays for Tier 2 grads?

Anyone know when Ch. 7 BKs must close by? Is this changed by when there are adversary proceedings (alleged fraudulent transfers made to a bank for CC payments)? Asking for my friend who is unfortunately involved bc of his parents, who are the debtors (he isn’t a defendant or a debtor in this, but the payments were made to a CC in his name—a CC he didnt know was opened in his name).

Its in Texas, and the initial BK filing was made about 23 months ago. TIA!

CA courts are still closed, and I’m worried I won’t be able to exceed (or even meet) my May goal after April.

I am a new (lateral) associate at a small firm where everyone currently works from the office. When I started, I wasn’t told specific firm hours. I’ve tried to figure out when to come and go based upon when the partners arrive and leave, but their schedules are very inconsistent. The other associates don’t have helpful guidance for me. Assuming that if I ask the partners they’ll say to use my discretion, what are reasonable hours to keep?
