After a month of waiting, HR finally called me today and scheduled partner round within a couple of hours. The interview went fine except that partner has asked for an additional round of fellow-partner interview. Is this normal? Are they undecided about salary part or designation? After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".
