After a month's series of Interview rounds, each round gave me a confidence that I was progressing, the hiring team was really impressed with my profile and that message from my hr, Congrats you've been selected for the next rounds and finally, Congratulations you've been selected. We will move forward with the offer. But then, the role has gone on hold. This it really bad. Why waste someone's time and hard work, give them all the hope and just take it back. Get approvals before interviewing.

I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Seems like the only way to get the experience is to have nailed a big law gig right out of school and get put into that practice.
