Since the GL manager role remains unfilled, I offered to transition to Accounting and Finance Manager, but was told the workload would be too much. Recently, I was offered to become interim GL supervisor with no raise or promotion, but a potential year-end bonus. I currently earn less than my predecessor and direct report. What should I do?
