After verbal communication of offer, does Wells Fargo play the trick of searching cheaper resource instead of sharing the offer letter? It’s so unprofessional. Big 4 cheap consultancies like EY, PWC only do that. Banks typically consider budget before closing a position, not after. Any thoughts on your esteemed organisation?

Generally, verbal confirmation comes when they have a better candidate in the pipeline or hir8ng manger is genuinely busy.

I am aware that I didn’t get recruited. Negotiation post verbal agreement doesn’t portray very good culture of the company. Consulting is 420 world, weird to see Wells jumping that shore too. JP, GS, MS never proceed at all in such cases.

Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Hi fishes, I got letter of intent from Wipro from the recruiting person on 28th march and given april 28th joining date and i have also accepted it

Also I have sent mail to join early but she is not responding for mails even hr(scheduled interviews) is not responding for calls

Can i get any clarification about this Would i get offer letter before that joining date or else they have gone with other candidate?
