AI in hiring: Bias eliminator or amplifier? How can we ensure fairness in AI-driven recruitment? We already see and experience lots of bias with humans involved in hiring, how do we ensure that this bias doesn't extend to AI systems that those humans then train? It's a tough line to balance the merits/skills a role requires with the value of diversity
