Anyone here choose between A&M, Alix, and some other usual suspect consulting companies? What made you pick A&M? Do employees generally tend to stick around? Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?
