All the people who joined my company at the same time as me are slowly leaving the job for different reasons, and somehow it makes me feel like I should be leaving too. Seeing them move on to better opportunities gives me a bit of anxiety, especially when I realize I’ve been in the same role for a while. At the same time, I don’t want to compare my journey with theirs and would rather grow at my own pace.

Is it normal to feel like this?

Hi Guys, I came on a previsit and joined and then returned back to my Home Town but while signing the contract i saw that if you leave the company withing 2 year you have to pay entire relocation cost back.

1. My initial offer letter didnt have these clause mentioned.
2. Is Pre-Visit considered as a part of relocation, I came because they denied virtual onboarding .

Now my question i didnt take relocation package i was forced to come for onboarding.
