Absolutely not - you need to ask for a raise at every chance you get. Let me be clear, the businesses finances are not your worry or responsibility.
You’re working overtime as a rule (which isn’t normal), you haven’t had a raise in 3 years, and I presume you’re doing all you can to help the business and hold things together.
They can’t afford NOT to pay for the raise - and you need a raise, you’re not a charity. Advocate for yourself always, not in a cocky or endless manner - but highlight your value.
Definitely ask, and negotiate as much as you can - good luck, you got this! 💪
What is important to you? From your post I think you want a salary increase, but is it because you work so much it would be well deserved, is it because you need more money or something else. What might be more negotiable (still I would suggest that asking for the increase is OK, what can happen if they say no) is rebalancing of the responsibilities to ensure what you do fits the current salary and you get a life outside work or can afford to have a second gig. Always ask yourself, what can I control, what can I influence and focus on those. Good luck
