Any actuarial fishbowls I just joined and can’t find any

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

I am moving to Bangalore the next weekend, by 17th July. Seems there is a slight increase in Covid cases, would it be better to come now or should I ask my manager to allow me to come to office after some weeks once everything seems fine?

Can someone help me, a junior ux designer, with some referrals? Possible companies: Samsung, Accenture, American Express, Google? Or any others?
