Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

And here I am just trying to get a normal ass raise after two years.
Oh stop. You are wealthy. I get a holiday bonus equal to one paycheck and I consider myself lucky.
You guys get a bonus? Profit sharing ? Equity? What kind of fantasy world is this?
1982
Are you high?
That is insane compensation for a standard agency VP
lmao wtf is this post
You make a lot
330k in compensation and you feel underpaid? Either I'm doing something wrong, or you have crazy expectations
Bonus is discretionary and definitely not something I can depend on here.
Your set up seems good actually. How much experience and what size company? And because it does matter - man/woman? White/POC? (I’ll tell you my guesses: about 10 years experience, non-holding company, white man.)
My guess, too. A 30-ish y.o. white or Asian man in SF/Silicon Valley. Or NYC. Definitely not a woman or POC.
A bonus of that size? Equity in that amount? You’re doing great. No bonus, no equity here - not now, not ever.
Dude/Ma'am...
You are NOT underpaid.
No matter where you live.
You make as much as some managing directors.
I could take salary negotiation tips from you.
This is confusing. Do strategy folks make more than creatives now? What’s going on?
In my experience strategy makes more than creative at more junior levels but I think it levels out at GCD/GSD.
Thinking you are underpaid is all relative. I think I’m underpaid but I also know I make more than my counterparts in other industries.
Public company / media / NYC / 19 years exp / AA Female
230 base, 90 bonus (based on company performance so varies annually) 15K clothing allowance and 25k equity per year
Don’t we all
200k base here with 15% bonus and maybe 10k in 401k profit sharing that requires vesting - bonus depends on hitting our numbers
I think we’re missing the focus here. Do you count all that together or separately on this board ;)?
I count base
Went from discretionary to 10% of annual salary if we hit our numbers. We did not hit our numbers last year.
Same, same
Why all the hate for the question? Even VP-level have to keep up with the Jones.
Also remember title disparities: VP in media is kinda Director anywhere else or Snr Manager in consulting.
Since no one else answered the question:
165 base, 11k bonus this year
