Guys, my friend had her last working day last week and she thinks she forgot to fill her timesheet for her last 2 days before handing over the laptop. What can be the consequences of this? She is really worried about this
P.S she belongs to a back end team serving the firm internally charging time on only one code.

Not sure how you feel about video but that is where the market is headed. Alternatively there are a lot of designers who shift to strategy based on their experience.
Literally anything else but creative. Our career path is dying a slow and painful death. Biggest mistake I ever made.
If I look in the refrigerator and it’s empty I don’t get ideas about how to fill it.
If I go down the aisle at a supermarket and their store is laid out creatively and thoughtfully then I get tons of ideas for what to make and end up buying potato salad, multi color antipasto, tuna salad or risotto. Then their fresh cut ham and not the crap that’s prepackaged, sourdough and fresh red leaf lettuce and even arugula aka rocket. Red onions, thick cut cheeses and the large and red tomatoes. Then some sort of olive spread and more.
Now to the point.
After reading all of this are you hungry yet?
Stop looking in your disparity for opportunities.
Start looking into anything that interests you and find passion for what you can contribute and start researching on who needs it the most no matter the industry but still hopefully in a industry that you might like or find challenging.
We get the most excited when it’s something we haven’t done before.
I went from freelancing for 3 months at Sebastian Professional haircare brand so it was a huge brand.
Then I went into to work for a graphic design studio in Santa Barbara and worked on ads for Jordano’s Marketplace and such.
Then I ended up at K-Swiss footwear and did it for 15years. The company was sold so I Pivoted and went to be the Creative Director for a small but luxurious makeup brand called Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics in Simi Valley.
I pivoted from footwear to Beauty instantly and increased my salary by 43%.
I literally have never works in makeup and I’m a straight male without any makeup experience.
How did I do that?
I only applied all that knew about my skills and applied them to their problems.
They saw improvement and sold better and made more money.
Now I still work in beauty but for many clients ranging from haircare to makeup and skincare and wellness. I still freelance for other clients in restaurant, real estate and more.
Just pivot and figure it the industry and only talk to potential employers about what problems you’ll solve. Then solve them.

Are you able to explore any opportunities internally we're you're working? It seems like making a pivot externally just isn't going to work in this market. I would try to meet people from other disciplines you're interested in to see if you can pick up/sit on any of the work they're doing to start learning the ropes and getting experience and maybe try to pivot internally while the job market works out its kinks
