Any advice for young creative looking for pivot?

I’m a generalist marketing designer in a small tech company. Mostly doing social media asset production.

I don’t see this lasting.

I did not get on the UX UI hype train during covid and I’ve seen many on bowls and reddit say bootcamp formula is dead. Tech and ux in general are not looking good in general and entry level is non existent it seems.

Im also not quite sure what to pivot to.

Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title?
