Don’t go larger in font size, for sure. My suggestion is to add a section in your resume, maybe at the top, with the skills and experience you bring to the job you are applying to.
Use the job description to determine which of their desired experience and skills you have, and make sure to highlight them. Space them one per row, in two columns. There are many examples out there on resume formats to add your skillset. My main message is for you to take advantage of the job description to capture all the relevant skills. That is what will catch their eye first. Good luck !
I would advise reducing the font size. Using 18 will just look odd. Don't go over 12. And do things like boldface job titles (you can find examples online). If you only had one job, that's fine, people will understand you don't have a lot to fill the page. But trying to make it look like you're filling the page by using a super big font will backfire, it kind of makes it look like you're trying to pull a fast one.
Keep the font 10-14, ideally size 12.
Others have given great suggestions. I would also include:
1. Any volunteer work you have done - describe the organization, what you did to support and what the impact was
2. Leadership roles you took on in college or in a non-profit
3. (Optional) Skills section: Any languages you speak proficiently, certifications you may have, or tech skills (including but not limited to MS office, Python, SQL, etc.)
You could include a profile section at the top
