My sibling (from India) applied for Canadian Visa for study permit (2 years) and it was rejected stating the reason "the IRCC agent was not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay.

Currently accepted an internship at a firm for the winter and also just accepted a separate internship over the summer with a B4 firm. When transferring H-1B, how do we know the case number besides receiving the physical copy of receipt notice from USCIS, which might be 2 weeks + since filing petition?
